Document Request Assistance

Account and Login

  • • How do I create an account?
  • • Students must be registered by the system administrator.
  • • Use your provided username and password.
  • • Click on the "Forgot Password" link if you can't remember your password.
  • • Your new password will be sent via SMS.
  • • Make sure your phone number is correct.
  • • Ensure your credentials are correct and current before using the system.
  • • Contact the school registrar or ICT coordinator.

Submitting a Request

  • • How do I request a document?
  • • Click on "Document Request"
  • • Choose the document type from the dropdown menu.
  • • Fill out the required information.
  • • Submit the request.
  • • You will receive a confirmation message.
  • • Form 137
  • • Good Moral Certificate
  • • Certificate of Enrollment
  • • Honorable Dismissal
  • • Can I edit or cancel my request?
  • • Once your request is approved or in progress, you cannot edit or cancel it.

Processing Time & Pick-Up

  • • How long does it take to process my request?
  • • Processing time varies by document type.
  • • Document processing typically takes 3-5 business days.
  • • Check the specific processing time for each type of document and requirements.
  • • Where do I pick up my documents?
  • • All completed documents can be picked up at the school registrar's office during office hours (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM).

SMS Notifications

  • • Can I receive SMS updates about my request?
  • • Make sure the mobile number in your account is correct and active.
  • • You will receive SMS notifications for:
  • • Request received
  • • Request processing
  • • Request completed
  • • For Administrators & Staff
  • • How do I send SMS notifications to students?
  • • Navigate to "Pending Requests"
  • • Select the student and request details.
  • • Click "Send SMS"
  • • I cannot send SMS manually?
  • • The system will automatically send notifications when request statuses are updated in the admin dashboard.
